Frequently Asked Question
When did the sale of 51 Browns close?
May 28, 2010.
Where are we going? Starting October 31, 2010, our temporary home for Sunday Services will be in the Fellowship Hall of Sayville Congregational United Church of Christ, 131 Middle Rd., Sayville NY.
Is there any progress on a permanent home? The board is constantly looking into a number of properties to rent or purchase. When they feel one is appropriate for our needs, a Congregation visit will be announced to view the property.
What will happen to all of the things at Browns lane while we are at an interim location? A small number of things that are needed for our Sunday services will come with us to our temporary home. A number of other things will go into storage. A large number of things that we have decided not to take with such as some of the furniture, books and dishes will be given away to members and/or charity.
How can I ask more questions?
E-mail Margaret Montemagno, UUFB Board Secretary, if you have further quesitons.
